[Step 2] Click on the CREATE NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER (on the left bottom corner) and select HUE/SATURATION<br />

[Step 4] Create a new layer and fill it up with white using PAINT BUCLET TOOL<br />

    * Intensity - 91<br />

[Step 6] Change the Layer type from BLEND in MULTIPLY and set the OPACITY option to 50%<br />

    * Distribution - Uniform<br />
